Chelsea in Bloom 2026: A Seasonal “Out of This World” Menu

Chelsea in Bloom returns in 2026 with its much-anticipated “Out of This World” theme, bringing an explosion of creativity, colour, and floral artistry to the heart of Chelsea. At The Pig’s Ear, we’re celebrating the occasion with a specially curated four-course set menu, designed to reflect both the season and the spirit of this iconic London event.

Located just moments from the Chelsea in Bloom trail, The Pig’s Ear on Old Church Street (just off the King's Road), offers the perfect place to pause, dine, and soak in the atmosphere. Our menu showcases the very best of British, seasonal ingredients, staying true to our “Local & Wild” ethos and our commitment to sustainability.

The experience begins with a selection of imaginative bites, including a Mushroom Marmite Éclair, Broad Bean Hummus with Somerset feta, and a Smoked Mackerel Cornetto — a playful and flavourful start to the meal.

Starters celebrate the freshness of spring, with dishes such as Chalk Stream Trout Ceviche with elderflower, cucumber and radish, alongside London burrata paired with New Forest asparagus — simple, elegant, and ingredient-led.

For the main course, guests can enjoy Tamworth pork tenderloin served with Nutbourne tomatoes and courgette chervil salsa, accompanied by a Cornish new potato and garden peas salad — a dish that captures the essence of the British countryside.

Dessert brings the experience to a close with a rich dark chocolate mousse, topped with honeycomb crumbs and Sussex strawberries — indulgent yet balanced, and the perfect seasonal finish.

A vegetarian version of the menu is also available, featuring dishes such as Chichester beetroot carpaccio and BBQ Sussex courgettes with fennel and chervil salsa, ensuring a thoughtful and equally exciting experience for all guests.

In true Chelsea in Bloom fashion, The Pig’s Ear will also unveil a bespoke floral installation inspired by this year’s “Out of This World” theme. While we’re keeping the details under wraps until the final moment, the display promises to be a striking addition to the neighbourhood — and a highlight of your visit.

Whether you’re planning a day exploring Chelsea’s floral trail or simply looking for a memorable seasonal dining experience, The Pig’s Ear offers a warm, welcoming setting right in the heart of it all.

Tables are expected to fill quickly during Chelsea in Bloom, so we recommend booking in advance.
