A fireside Christmas feast
Our Christmas menu is a hearty £68 sharing feast. What pub Christmas would be complete without pigs in blankets? Ours come with rosemary and honey mustard crème fraîche. They’re joined by Sussex partridge popcorn, Cornish scallops and plenty of sourdough with cep butter. Choose your own main, from grilled South Downs venison to Sussex beef fillet with red wine jus, all served with rosemary and thyme potatoes and a shaved Brussels sprout salad with Keen’s Cheddar.
Save room for sticky toffee pear parkin with butterscotch and clotted cream. Vegetarian and pescatarian versions are available.
